SNAP is seeking a Healthy Homes Lead Technician to join our Housing Services Core. If you’re an experienced leader who enjoys working in the field, mentoring crews, and making a meaningful impact for local families, we’d love to hear from you.

In this role, you’ll:

  • Lead and support weatherization crews in the field.
  • Meet with homeowners and explain project expectations.
  • Ensure work is completed safely, accurately, and according to program standards.
  • Provide technical guidance, oversee quality control, and support complex field projects.
  • Promote safe work practices, including lead-safe procedures and health and safety compliance.

Location: Primarily field-based throughout Spokane County.
