Elpixel is seeking a Healthcare / HealthTech Manager to lead healthcare-focused initiatives across business, technology, product, and healthcare stakeholders in a fast-paced international environment.

You will translate clinical and operational needs into scalable technology programs, drive digital transformation, and help shape product roadmaps while ensuring regulatory compliance and stakeholder alignment.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in healthcare, HealthTech, healthcare technology, digital health, or related environments.
• Experience managing healthcare technology projects, products, or digital transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and industry dynamics.
• Experience working with technology, product, engineering, or data teams.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Understanding of healthcare data, privacy, and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical, strategic, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

Responsibilities

• Healthcare Strategy & Digital Transformation: Develop and execute healthcare technology strategies aligned with business objectives.
• HealthTech Product & Solutions: Collaborate with product and technology teams to define and improve healthcare solutions.
• Healthcare Operations & Stakeholder Management: Work closely with healthcare providers, business leaders, technology teams, and other stakeholders.
• Compliance & Healthcare Technology: Support compliance with applicable healthcare regulations and industry standards.
• Leadership & Project Management: Lead multidisciplinary teams across healthcare and technology initiatives.
