HealthStream is seeking a non-management software developer in Nashville, TN, focused on designing, developing, maintaining, and enhancing HealthStream products. You will work closely with experienced engineers and senior developers to define requirements and deliver high-quality software solutions.

The role offers opportunities to lead small to medium projects, with collaboration across cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering (any discipline), or closely related field preferred.
• 2.5+ years of software development experience including full-stack application development.
• Proficient in .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) for building APIs and microservices.
• Working knowledge of MySQL and SQL querying; relational databases.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, maintain, and enhance HealthStream products.
• Collaborate with engineers, technical specialists, and senior developers to define requirements.
• Lead small to medium projects or workstreams under guidance of seniors.
• Adhere to HealthStream security policies and training requirements.
• Participate in CI/CD and code deployment processes.
