The role requires 5+ years in product management, ideally in healthtech or enterprise SaaS, a strong UX sensibility, and a proven ability to ship high-quality products in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Define product strategy, scope, and roadmap for one or more product areas (e.g. RCM, workflow automation, clinical tools, or AI agents).
• Conduct discovery with healthcare practices to deeply understand user needs and pain points.
• Collaborate with designers and engineers to bring products from concept to launch and iterate based on feedback.
• Analyze usage patterns, success metrics, and operational impact to inform continuous improvements.
• Help shape the culture and processes of our growing product team.
