Job summary

Flo Health, the leading health & fitness app, seeks a graphic designer to craft compelling visual content for marketing, product experiences, and medical education. You will translate complex health topics into engaging illustrations, collaborating with cross-functional teams to boost engagement and understanding.

Required 3+ years in digital design, strong portfolio across ads and apps, and proficiency in Figma, Illustrator, Photoshop, with working knowledge of After Effects.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of graphic design experience in digital or app contexts.
• Advanced proficiency in Figma, Adobe Illustrator, and Photoshop; working knowledge of After Effects.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating visually engaging designs across ads, apps, and social channels.
• Excellent English communication and storytelling skills.

Responsibilities

• Design static and animated graphics for marketing campaigns, product experiences, and medical education.
• Collaborate with UA, product, content, medical, and social teams to conceptualize assets.
• Translate health topics into easy-to-digest illustrations and infographics.
• Use user research, experimentation, and analytics to refine design outputs.
• Ensure accessibility and inclusive design across outputs.
• Stay updated with design trends, tools (including AI), and health-communication innovations.
• Present concepts clearly to stakeholders and incorporate feedback.
• Produce basic to mid-level animations / video edits to complement concepts.
