Flo Health is seeking a Motion Designer to craft engaging animated content and edit thumb-stopping UGC videos. You will strengthen brand storytelling across paid UA, delivering high-quality motion assets that align with Flo’s visual identity and mission to improve female health.

You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams, adapt designs for global markets, and explore AI tools to elevate video storytelling while ensuring timely delivery and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of motion design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe After Effects and other motion design software.
• Proficiency in Adobe CC.
• Proficiency in Figma or similar software.
• Strong understanding of animation principles and visual effects.
• Ability to collaborate with copywriters, designers, and marketers.
• Interest in experimenting with AI tools to push creative boundaries.

Responsibilities

• Boost motion design capacity by creating and animating graphics and editing videos for campaigns.
• Collaborate with UA team to deliver high-quality motion assets.
• Adapt designs and produce rapid iterations for spontaneous requests.
• Address localization needs for global markets.
• Produce static ads and thumbnails as needed.
• Experiment with generative AI tools to improve workflow.
• Maintain brand consistency across all visual content.
• Develop animation concepts leveraging brand assets and app UI elements.
