Job summary

FrontrowMD is seeking a contract graphic designer to produce high-volume, high-quality ad creative and marketing assets for paid social, carousels, and static campaigns. You will turn briefs into test-ready work that is on-brand and conversion-focused.

Bring expert Figma skills and a strong portfolio in SaaS, tech, or med tech branding. You’ll design across Meta and LinkedIn, landing pages, emails, and social, maintaining brand consistency while delivering scalable concepts.

Qualifications

• Strong portfolio of paid ad creative and carousel work.
• Expert-level Figma required as primary design tool.
• Experience designing for SaaS, tech, or med tech brands.

Responsibilities

The Role

We're looking for a contract graphic designer to produce high-volume, high-quality ad creative and marketing assets. You'll turn briefs into scroll-stopping work across paid social, carousels, and static campaigns — fast, on-brand, and ready to test.

What You’ll Do

• Design ad creative for Meta and LinkedIn — static, carousels, and variations built for testing
• Produce static assets for landing pages, email, and social
• Iterate quickly on top-performing concepts and adapt them across formats and sizes
• Maintain brand consistency while pushing creative that converts

What You Bring

• Strong portfolio of paid ad creative and carousel work
• Expert-level Figma — this is non-negotiable; it's our primary design environment
• Experience designing for SaaS, tech, or med tech brands
• Sharp eye for layout, type, and hierarchy in a clean, modern style
• Ability to work independently, hit deadlines, and turn around volume without losing quality

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with performance/direct-response design principles
• Motion or light animation for social
• Experience in healthcare or wellness marketing
