Job summary

EWOR GmbH is looking for ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups from New Haven. You will be supported by serial founders who have built multi-billion–euro companies and will receive a salary while you build, plus up to €500k in funding.

You’ll have weekly 1:1 sparring with unicorn founders, access to an elite founder community, and a network to hire top talent. The programme focuses on product-market-fit and preparing you for million-euro funding rounds.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as HealthTech.
• Follow a customised personal development programme crafted by unicorn founders.
• Receive hiring support through a 50,000-strong professional network and expert advice.
• Get intensive coaching to prepare your startup for multi-million funding rounds.
• Iterate your product to reach product-market-fit with help building sales and marketing engines.
