EWOR GmbH is seeking ambitious entrepreneurs to start and scale their own startups with the support of serial founders who have built billion-euro companies.

You will be employed by EWOR and can opt for up to €500k in funding, with weekly 1:1 sparring from unicorn founders and access to a global network of top founders and investors. The program focuses on customer traction, team building, and fundraising strategies to accelerate growth.

Responsibilities

• Own, build, and run your startup in fields such as Semiconductor
• Undergo extensive personal development crafted by unicorn founders
• Receive hiring support through EWOR's network of 50,000 professionals
• Receive intensive coaching to prepare your startup for multi-million funding rounds
• Iterate your product with EWOR until product‑market‑fit and build a sales/marketing engine
