HCSC is seeking a Developer Intern for a ten-week paid internship located in Richardson, TX (Hybrid). You will work with cross-functional teams, contribute to project work, analyze information, and support the development of health‑care solutions that address organizational needs.

The internship offers formal orientation, hands‑on projects, weekly networking, professional development workshops, and opportunities to present results to department leadership.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a bachelor's degree; rising senior with a major in computer science, information technology, or information systems.
• Graduation date between December 2027 and June 2028.
• Minimum GPA 3.0/4.0.
• Available for the full duration of the 10-week program.
• Unrestricted authorization to work in the United States; sponsorship not available for this role.

Responsibilities

• Actively participate in HCSC’s formal internship program and support project work.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop solutions addressing business needs.
• Own components of project deliverables with mentoring and guidance.
• Conduct research and analyze data to inform business decisions.
• Develop and deliver a final internship presentation to leadership covering results and recommendations.
