Job summary

Infinite Computer Solutions in Maryland is seeking a HealthShare Developer to configure and maintain the HealthShare Provider Directory and related data integrations. You will design provider data flows from EHRs, payer systems, NPPES, and credentialing sources, and implement interfaces using HL7, FHIR, REST APIs, XML and JSON.

You will build and maintain provider master records through data normalization, matching, deduplication, and validation, and set up data stewardship workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience with health data interoperability and provider directories.
• Proficiency in HL7 v2, FHIR, REST, XML and JSON for data exchange.
• Strong data quality skills including matching, deduplication, and master record management.
• Experience with SQL for reporting and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain HealthShare Provider Directory.
• Design data integration from multiple source systems (EHRs, payer systems, NPPES, credentialing).
• Develop HL7/FHIR interfaces and REST APIs (XML, JSON).
• Create and maintain provider master records through normalization, matching, deduplication, validation.
• Configure data stewardship workflows and data quality monitoring.
• Provide production support, testing, deployment, and documentation.
