Job summary

Hy-Vee in Norfolk, Nebraska is seeking a HealthMarket Clerk to welcome customers, stock the department, and keep products fresh. No prior experience is required; training is provided to help you grow in a fast-paced, friendly environment.

You will assist customers, carry items, educate on products, monitor freshness, rotate stock, and uphold cleanliness and safety. This on-site, part-time role offers flexible scheduling and the chance to be part of a team that puts customers first.

Responsibilities

• Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and making them feel welcome throughout the store.
• Assist customers with finding products, reaching items, carrying heavy purchases, and passing along feedback to the team.
• Help educate customers by offering product suggestions and answering questions.
• Monitor product freshness and rotate stock as needed.
• Follow proper sanitation procedures and keep your work area clean and organized at all times.
• Maintain compliance with Hy-Vee's dress code, hygiene standards, and company policies.
• Work alongside teammates to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every customer.
• Assist in other store areas and take on special projects as needed.
