In this role, you'll help keep products fresh, the department clean and well-stocked, and customers feeling welcomed and well taken care of every time they visit.If you enjoy staying active, working as part of a team, and making a difference in someone's day, this could be a great fit for you.**What You'll Do**No two shifts are exactly the same, but here's what you can expect:* Deliver outstanding customer service by greeting customers warmly and making them feel welcome throughout the store* Assist customers with finding products, reaching items, carrying heavy purchases, and passing along any feedback or requests to the team* Help educate customers by offering product suggestions and answering questions* For homeopathic and natural wellness products, assist customers by helping them locate and access products, without providing medical instruction or advice on product use* Monitor product freshness and appearance throughout your shift and replenish and rotate product as needed* Anticipate daily product needs and follow or develop a production list to stay ahead* Check in product, put product away, and review invoices as needed* Follow proper sanitation procedures and keep your work area clean and organized at all times* Remove trash promptly and maintain a tidy department* Work alongside your teammates to ensure a smooth, positive experience for every customer* Maintain compliance with Hy-Vee's dress code, hygiene standards, and all company policies* Assist in other store areas and take on special projects as needed* You'll receive direction and support from: Store Director, Store Manager, Assistant Managers of Health Wellness Home, Store Operations, and Perishables, and HealthMarket Department Manager**Your Skills**You don't need prior experience for this role!
