Job summary

Berks County Behavioral Health is seeking a Project Manager to develop and maintain projects within the Berks County Behavioral Health HealthChoices Program for Medicaid recipients. The role includes oversight of the BH-MCO’s Compliance Program and collaboration on strategic planning and provider audits.

Ideal candidates will have a Master’s degree in social or human services and at least five years of behavioral health project management experience, plus a PA driver's license.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in social or human services required.
• Five+ years of direct clinical behavioral health experience, including project management.
• Equivalent combinations of experience and training may be considered.
• Valid Pennsylvania driver’s license with good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as project lead and ensure compliance for DHS projects (e.g., Value Based Purchasing).
• Collaborate with the BH-MCO on strategic planning and assigned projects.
• Oversee BH-MCO’s Compliance/Fraud, Waste and Abuse program with reporting, work plan monitoring, and audits.
• Review BH-MCO initiatives, policies/procedures, and performance standards.
• Manage the Berks behavioral health provider network to ensure access standards and service needs are met, including reviews and expansions.
