Healthcare RN Supervisor who will support staff through accountability for care given to residents in accordance with established Landis Homes’ policies and procedures and state and federal guidelines. The RN would collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as physicians, therapists, and other team members, to ensure comprehensive and coordinated care for residents. The position will be responsible for supervising and providing leadership to nursing staff in collaboration with the Campus Supervisor on the weekends.

• Current license as an RN in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania required.
• Has and maintains current CPR certification
• Prior experience in long-term care geriatric, rehab nursing required.
• Prior experience in leadership role.
• Able to work independently, well-organized and can multi-task
• Demonstrates a pleasant personality with flexibility and adaptability for frequent interruptions,
• Proficient in use of computers and related technology required for the role.
• Good verbal, non-verbal and written communication skills
• Demonstrated leadership, management skills, dependability and a positive demeanor.
• Demonstrates knowledge and competence in supporting the weekend schedule for Healthcare.
