This full-time role supports receiving, stocking, packing, shipping, and inventory control in a fast-paced healthcare distribution environment. You will operate warehouse equipment, maintain accurate records, and collaborate across departments to ensure on-time deliveries to patients and locations.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer proficiency and the ability to accurately complete documentation.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Dependable, self-motivated, and able to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Responsibilities

• Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming medical equipment and supplies.
• Pick, pack, prepare, and process products for shipment and delivery.
• Assist with shipping and receiving activities while ensuring orders are accurate and complete.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing shipments.
• Maintain organized inventory and assist with inventory counts and reconciliation.
• Prepare medical equipment and supplies for delivery to customers and other company locations.
• Complete shipping, receiving, and delivery documentation accurately.
• Update inventory and order information within company computer systems.
• Coordinate with other departments to help ensure products and supplies move through the operation efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including forklifts, as needed; training will be provided.
• Assist with deliveries and pickups when necessary.
• Help maintain company vehicles, warehouse equipment, and work areas.
• Follow company safety procedures, infection-control practices, and applicable regulatory requirements.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse environment.
• Support additional warehouse, shipping, and operational projects as the department continues to grow.
