• Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate with team members.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Physical ability to lift heavy objects and work in a demanding environment.
• Commitment to health and safety regulations and maintaining a clean environment.
• Proven ability to provide excellent customer service and timely delivery of goods.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily warehouse operations and ensure proper storage and handling of medical supplies.
• Implement and maintain warehouse management systems for efficient shipping and receiving.
• Use farming skills to manage inventory and keep medical supplies in stock for delivery.
• Coordinate shipping and receiving to ensure on-time and intact deliveries.
• Conduct regular audits of warehouse operations and implement improvements.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operation and service delivery.
• Maintain health and safety standards and a clean, safe working environment.
• Provide consultancy on best practices in warehouse management to improve efficiency.
