Job summary

Advocate Health is seeking a full-time warehouse/Distribution Associate in Georgia to support the Supply & Distribution team. The role involves 40 hours weekly with alternating weekend shifts to ensure patient care needs are met, accurate inventory handling, and timely delivery of supplies across departments.

Applicants should have a High School diploma or GED and at least one year in customer service, with forklift safety training preferred.

Qualifications

Minimum 1 year in a customer service role.
Warehouse/distribution background preferred and familiarity with infection control concepts.
Forklift safety and operation awareness or certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Understand and support daily supply and distribution operations to meet patient care needs.
Review daily work schedules and fulfill assignments with minimal supervision.
Inventory data entry into handheld devices and EHS for updates and ticket printing.
Pick items from tickets and RSLs, load carts, and assist with restocking and disposal of packaging.
Maintain area appearance, orderliness and cleanliness as directed by the supervisor.
Report to Team Leader any issues affecting operations, flow, or safety in the department.
Communicate changes to RSLs to Nursing Directors and ensure information is relayed to the Supply & Distribution Team Leader.
