You will own projects, develop concepts for detail aids, long-form collateral, and eLearning, applying brand frameworks and delivering polished work in a fast-paced environment. Strong portfolio and 5+ years agency experience in medical design required.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of agency experience required.
• Portfolio showing visual communication, typography, layout.
• Advanced proficiency with InDesign, Illustrator, and Photoshop.
• Willingness and enthusiasm to develop advanced PowerPoint design skills.
• Strategic problem-solving ability.
• Ability to take complete ownership of projects.
• Healthcare design experience preferred.
• Experience translating complex scientific information into accessible visual communication preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead design concepts from concept to delivery.
• Develop concepts for detail aids, long‑form collateral, interactive eLearning modules, and sales training materials.
• Translate complex medical and scientific content into clear visual systems.
• Apply and strengthen established brand frameworks.
