My Hero VA, a US healthcare staffing agency partner, seeks a detail‑oriented administrative professional to support caregiver documentation and training coordination on a remote basis.

In this role you will review reports to identify missing documents and incomplete training, collect certifications, fingerprint cards, required forms, and training records, and upload everything to the correct caregiver profiles, maintaining accurate files while working independently on Phoenix, Arizona time.

Competenze

• Experience in administrative support, documentation management, or training coordination.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to manage daily responsibilities independently.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel and comfortable navigating online systems.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Outlook, and Spanish proficiency.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting a healthcare staffing agency or home care company.
• Experience tracking caregiver credentials, onboarding documents, or required training.
• Familiarity with SharePoint, Outlook, and Spanish proficiency.

Location & Schedule:

• Remote role for candidates in Latin America, with initial recruitment focused on Mexico and Colombia.
• Monday through Friday, 5 hours per day, totaling 25 hours per week, following Phoenix, Arizona time.
