UNITE HERE HEALTH in Las Vegas, NV seeks a Manager, Healthcare Vendor Contracts and Analytics to oversee the LV Managed Care Specialist team and key vendor relationships supporting the Hospitality Health Plan. You will lead contract bidding, cost containment initiatives, and develop reports and executive-level presentations.

The role drives data-informed decisions, ensures SLAs, and collaborates across vendors including MagnaCare, HRA management, and coalition partnerships while guiding

Formación

• 5-7 years minimum of direct experience in RFP processes and contract negotiations with major carriers/TPAs.
• 3-5 years of department management experience.
• Experience in healthcare vendor management, analytics and managed care operations.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee healthcare vendor contracts, bidding, and renewal processes to ensure cost-effectiveness and service quality.
• Manage vendor performance in customer service, claims, and administrative functions.
• Lead HRA administration and vendor relationships.
• Oversee partnerships (e.g., Pacific Health Coalition with Aetna CVS) for contractual compliance.
• Develop data-informed analyses and executive-level presentations.
