Job summary

Cone Health Medical Group is seeking a Clinical Value Analysis Admin to lead strategic sourcing, contract implementation, and product evaluation. The role collaborates with hospital supply chain staff, physicians and vendors to balance costs, quality and patient care outcomes.

Essential duties include managing the Value Analysis Process, coordinating standardization efforts, and ensuring compliance with contracts and policies. A Bachelor's degree and healthcare experience are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree is required.
• 3-5 years' experience in healthcare value analysis or 3-5 years nursing experience.
• Value Analysis certification or Nursing Specialty certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates the entire Value Analysis Process addressing supply costs, patient care quality and financial outcomes.
• Utilizes product management software from project initiation to completion, specifications, conversions, and implementations.
• Collaborates with Contract Administration for contract portfolio maintenance, price analysis, and tracking contract savings.
• Identifies standardization opportunities and partners with department leaders to develop cost management programs that support patient outcomes.
• Coordinates with supply chain staff to address issues and initiatives to manage cost and standardization while improving processes and patient care quality.
• Supports contract terms and conditions to ensure compliance with laws and company policies.
• Collaborates with manufacturers to address product availability and prevent care delays.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
