Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in business valuation, a solid finance foundation, and excellence in Excel/PowerPoint. CPA/ASA/ABV/CFA a plus; collaboration and integrity are essential in this client-focused role.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of business valuation experience across core methodologies (DCF, asset, market).
• Healthcare valuation background and knowledge of Stark/Anti-Kickback statutes preferred.
• Strong accounting/financial principles and financial modeling ability.

Responsibilities

• Source, scope, and manage valuation engagements from start to finish.
• Maintain and develop client relationships and communicate project status clearly.
• Lead team members, provide training, and ensure timely completion of deliverables.
• Contribute to internal and external articles on valuation and industry trends.
