Qualifications

• Deep understanding of human-centered design processes and research methods.
• Strong ability to translate user needs into usable interfaces.
• Experience presenting design concepts to cross-functional teams.
• Proficient with modern design tools and prototyping techniques.
• Experience with healthcare or complex domains is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Plan and conduct UX research and usability testing to inform decisions.
• Create Use Cases, User Journeys, flows, IA, and wireframes.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to shape product design.
• Develop Storyboards, Prototypes, and design specifications.
• Evaluate designs against WCAG 2.0 AA accessibility standards.
