D3 Search (on behalf of a prominent Sacramento-based law practice) seeks a Healthcare Transactions Associate Attorney to join the firm’s Healthcare Practice Group in Sacramento. JD and California Bar in good standing required; 1–4 years of healthcare regulatory or corporate transactional experience preferred.

You will advise on federal and state healthcare laws, assist with mergers and due diligence, draft and negotiate healthcare agreements, and perform regulatory research to support complex

Responsibilities

• Advise on federal and California healthcare laws, including Stark Law, Anti-Kickback Statute, HIPAA, and corporate practice of medicine.
• Assist with healthcare mergers, acquisitions, restructurings, and regulatory due diligence.
• Draft and negotiate healthcare-specific agreements (e.g., physician employment, medical director, and management services agreements).
• Conduct legal research and prepare memoranda on complex regulatory issues.
