Jobot is seeking an attorney with experience in corporate transactions and regulatory matters to join our Boston office. You will work on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives within a highly regulated industry.

We are seeking an attorney with experience in corporate transactions and regulatory matters to join our growing practice. This role offers the opportunity to work on a broad range of business transactions, including mergers, acquisitions, and strategic business initiatives within a highly regulated industry.

We are looking for someone who enjoys both transactional work and complex legal analysis, values collaboration, and wants to build deeper industry knowledge while working closely with clients and experienced legal professionals.

Responsibilities
