Job summary

Jobot is seeking an attorney with experience in corporate transactions and regulatory matters to join our Boston office. You will work on mergers, acquisitions, and strategic initiatives within a highly regulated industry.

You will collaborate with clients and senior colleagues, draft and negotiate agreements, conduct due diligence, and provide practical regulatory guidance while developing industry knowledge.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience handling corporate transactions.

• Strong drafting and contract negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Advise clients on compliance, risk management, and operational legal considerations
• Collaborate with attorneys across practice areas to address multifaceted legal issues
