Job summary

Epic, located just outside Madison, Wisconsin, seeks a Trainer to lead in-person and virtual training for physicians, nurses, and healthcare staff. You’ll be the first point of contact for many users and shape their experience as they transition to Epic, from instructional design to training materials and scenarios that you’ll deliver.

We encourage collaboration in a tight-knit team, expect 25-60% travel, and provide relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (any major) required or higher.
• Prior education, teaching, or performance experience preferred.
• History of academic and professional success.
• Willingness to travel 25-60% of working days, with typical month 1-2 trips lasting 2-4 days.
• Eligible to work in the United States without visa sponsorship.
• Relocation to the Madison, WI area (reimbursed).
• COVID-19 vaccination.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-person and virtual training sessions for physicians, nurses, and healthcare users.
