Job summary

Bestica Inc. seeks a healthcare administrator with a bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration or a related business field and at least five years of proven healthcare administration experience, certified project management, or related roles.

The candidate should know Air Force and professional standards and understand military/civilian policy guidelines. A master’s degree is highly desired, and an NDA must be in place with the contractor’s company, with a copy given to the Program Manager

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in healthcare administration or business-related field with 5 years of proven experience as a healthcare administrator, certified project manager or in related areas.
• Master’s degree in above fields is highly desired.
• Extensive knowledge of Air Force and professional standards; familiarity with military and civilian guidelines governing policy and procedure.
• Non-Disclosure Agreement (NDA) in place with contractor's company and provided to Program Manager.

Job description

• The contractor employee shall possess a minimum of an undergraduate degree in healthcare administration; or business-related field with 5 years of proven experience as a healthcare administrator, certified project manager or in a related area(s).
• The contractor shall possess extensive knowledge and understanding of applicable Air Force and professional standards. The contractor shall possess knowledge of military and civilian guidelines that govern policy and procedure.
• The contractor employee must have a Non-Disclosure Agreement in place with their company, and the company must provide a copy to the Program Manager of this task order. This is necessary to mitigate transfer of any confidential, proprietary and/or sensitive information while in this position.

Highly Desired Qualifications

• A Master’s degree in above fields is highly desired.
• Prior experience in a healthcare setting with clinical trauma (ER/ICU) is highly desired.
