LexisNexis Risk Solutions within Healthcare and Sales Enablement seeks a Training Content & Creative Development Specialist. You will develop high-quality learning, communication, and multimedia assets to support product education, sales readiness, and employee development across Healthcare.

You will translate approved strategies into engaging experiences, own the content-production workstream, and collaborate with SMEs and governance partners while applying approved AI tools to improve

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience developing training, learning, or educational content across multiple formats.
• Strong instructional design, writing, editing, proofreading, visual communication, and content-organization skills.
• Experience with digital learning, multimedia, video, presentation, and content-authoring technologies (Mindtickle, Synthesia, Microsoft Copilot, Articulate, Adobe, Canva or similar).
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while collaborating with program leaders and SMEs.

Responsabilités

• Translate approved learning strategies into audience-appropriate courses and resources.
• Own content-production workstreams from design through development and handoff.
• Partner with SMEs and governance resources to ensure accuracy and alignment.
• Apply AI and digital tools to improve production efficiency and learner experience.
• Review and improve content based on feedback, performance insights, and metrics.
