Qualifications

• 5–7+ years of Business Systems Analyst experience.
• Hands-on experience with TPA processes and systems.
• Strong MicroStrategy experience (development and support).
• Experience gathering and documenting business requirements.
• Strong SQL and data analysis skills.
• Experience with BI/reporting platforms.
• Experience creating functional requirements, user stories, and data requirements.
• Experience with UAT and defect management.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work with both business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Gather and document requirements from healthcare and TPA stakeholders.
• Collaborate with business users, product owners, project managers, developers, and data teams to define reporting needs.
• Leverage MicroStrategy to support reporting and BI initiatives.
• Analyze existing reports and identify modernization opportunities.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and user stories.
• Define data/reporting needs with technical teams.
• Validate outputs against business requirements.
• Support UAT including test planning, cases, and defect tracking.
• Collaborate with stakeholders on claims, eligibility, benefits, provider, and member data.
• Document current-state and future-state workflows.
• Troubleshoot reporting issues and support resolution.
• Participate in Agile/Scrum ceremonies and communicate updates.
• Coordinate with global teams to deliver projects on time.
