Job summary

Virtuox, a healthcare IT company in the United States, is seeking a Territory Manager to drive service sales and expand product lines in North Carolina. You will educate accounts, manage the territory, and maintain CRM with timely activity updates.

The role requires 2+ years medical sales experience (4+ years total sales) and strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills. Local candidates preferred; relocation is not provided.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Marketing, or related field or equivalent combination of education and relevant experience.
• Minimum 2+ years of medical sales experience preferred; 4+ years total sales experience with success.
• Strong computer proficiency (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and CRM usage.

Responsibilities

• Achieve revenue goals for service sales and all assigned product lines.
• In-service and educate new and existing accounts.
• Manage all aspects of the assigned territory while meeting or exceeding performance goals.
• Provide daily updates on sales activity, competition, and business opportunities.
• Accurately maintain CRM activity and submit required paperwork in a timely manner.
• Submit monthly expense reports and manage expenses within the approved budget.
• Collaborate with Product Managers to generate new business and expand existing accounts.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of all company product lines.
• Communicate effectively with Customer Experience and internal teams regarding customer needs.
• Complete issue resolution documentation in accordance with company policies.
• Report to management as directed, providing performance insights and territory assessments.
