  • Salary: $75K-$85K Base + Uncapped Commission (Yr 1 ~$25K, Yr 2 ~$50K-$80K) + Annual Bonus

Job Description

Our client in the healthcare technology industry seeks a Healthcare Sales Representative to manage business development across the Northeastern U.S. In this fully remote role, you will sell medical-grade computing devices, rugged tablets, and accessories to hospitals, clinics, EMS providers, and other healthcare systems. The ideal candidate has prior hospital sales channel experience and is comfortable hunting for new business. You must manage the full sales cycle and foster client relationships to deliver reliable solutions in medical environments. This role offers an autonomous environment for self-motivated individuals to drive sales growth in a dynamic industry.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle sales within the territory
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue leads for medical-grade PCs, tablets, and monitors
  • Develop relationships with hospital IT leaders, CIOs, and administrators
  • Position rugged tablets to EMS, ambulance, fire, and emergency departments
  • Customize solutions to fit healthcare workflows and environments
  • Drive long-cycle hospital sales from prospecting to close
  • Develop territory-specific sales strategies
  • Create travel schedules for customer meetings and trade shows
  • Deliver product presentations
  • Record all sales activities using CRM software
  • Partner with internal teams for post-sale support
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and outbound activity
  • Stay informed on HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT trends
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience in the hospital channel
  • Experience selling non-disposal products with a longer sales cycle
  • Proven ability to hunt for leads and close deals
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ in the region
