This job involves managing business development across the Central United States, selling medical-grade computing devices, rugged tablets, and related accessories to hospitals, clinics, EMS providers, and other healthcare systems. The role requires prior hospital sales channel experience, full sales cycle management, and relationship building skills.

Responsibilities
  • Manage full-cycle sales for healthcare IT products within the assigned territory.
  • Identify, qualify, and pursue sales leads for medical-grade PCs, tablets, and monitors.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with hospital IT leaders, CIOs, and administrators.
  • Position rugged tablets to EMS, ambulance, fire, and emergency departments.
  • Customize solutions to fit healthcare workflows and field environments.
  • Drive long-cycle hospital sales from prospecting through deal close.
  • Develop and implement territory-specific sales strategies to achieve targets.
  • Create travel schedules to meet with customers and attend trade shows.
  • Meet with customers and deliver product presentations.
  • Record and track all sales activities using CRM software.
  • Partner with internal teams for post-sale support.
  • Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and outbound activity.
  • Stay informed on HIPAA compliance and healthcare IT trends.
Qualifications
  • 2+ years of sales experience within the hospital channel.
  • Experience selling non-disposal products with a longer sales cycle.
  • Proven ability to hunt for leads and close deals.
  • Willingness to travel 50%+ in the region.
Additional Details

Location: Remote from Texas or Chicago, near a major airport.

Salary: $75K-$85K base + uncapped commission (~$25K Yr 1, ~$50K-$80K Yr 2) + bonus.
