Job summary

Holistic Partners, Inc. is seeking a Lead Full-Stack Developer (Healthcare) for a remote US-based role. You will lead an offshore development team, drive architecture decisions, and ensure high-quality delivery across front-end React.js and back-end Java Spring Boot services.

You’ll hire and mentor team members, conduct code reviews, and shape development standards with a strong focus on cloud, DevOps, CI/CD, and microservices. Healthcare domain experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of hands-on full-stack development experience.
• Strong expertise in React.js for front-end and Java Spring Boot for back-end.
• Proven leadership abilities, with experience managing remote or offshore teams.
• Deep understanding of modern software development practices, including cloud computing, DevOps methodologies, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Hands-on experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Expertise in Test-Driven Development (TDD), ensuring robust and maintainable code.
• HealthEdge experience is required.
• Experience with Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) or other cloud platforms.
