Job summary

Circadia Health is seeking an Implementation Specialist to lead on-site deployment of our monitoring platform in skilled nursing facilities, ensuring integration into existing care routines. You will assess facilities, build implementation plans, and serve as first-line support post-launch.

You will train clinicians and frontline staff across shifts, tailor content to CNAs, nurses, DONs, and IT, and develop materials and knowledge bases to sustain adoption and reduce workflow friction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, healthcare administration, nursing, or related field, or equivalent hands-on experience in a healthcare setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site implementation of Circadia's monitoring platform in SNFs, from device installation through go-live, integrating it into existing care routines.
• Assess each facility before rollout: shift patterns, unit layout, staffing model, EHR workflow, and connectivity constraints.
• Build and execute the facility implementation plan with clear owners, dates, and dependencies, keeping it current as conditions change.
• Serve as first-line support after launch: troubleshoot devices and connectivity, resolve staff questions, and elevate product issues with enough detail for Engineering to act.
• Track device uptime and utilization by facility, unit, and shift, and flag gaps before the customer does.
• Deliver training to clinical and frontline staff across all shifts, including nights and weekends, where adoption gaps usually live.
• Tailor content and delivery to the audience: CNAs, nurses, DONs, unit managers, and facility IT.
• Build and maintain training materials and a knowledge base that hold up after you leave the building.
• Identify the behavioral reason adoption is lagging and retrain where retraining is the actual fix.
• Develop facility champions and super-users so competence survives staff turnover.
