Responsibilities

• Contact healthcare professionals and clients to build a strong candidate pipeline by making 100+ calls daily and sending texts/e-blasts.
• Present candidates to clients based on specialty, skills, licenses, and credentials to meet assignment needs.
• Negotiate contracts with clients and execute terms that support company objectives.
• Explain assignment details, pay, and benefits to clients and providers.
• Screen, interview, market, and place candidates in suitable opportunities.
• Use diverse methods to identify candidates and fill client staffing needs.
• Advise clients to determine their needs and select the most qualified candidate.
• Make clear, concise decisions to support client and provider interests.
• Attend sales calls and meet quotas set by leadership.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
