The role evaluates applicants, conducts interviews, offers, and supports onboarding. You will stay current with recruiting trends, collaborate with leaders, and utilize ATS to sustain strong candidate pipelines.

Qualifications

• Develops and implements strategies to attract top candidates for positions.
• Networks and builds MSMC brand locally and nationally; uses appropriate social media to attract top talent.
• Evaluates qualifications, recruits, interviews, and makes offers.
• Stays abreast of recruiting trends for the benefit of all units.
• Creates job postings that promote MSMC brand on appropriate sites/media.
• Builds and maintains relationships with hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Builds and manages candidate pipelines and collaborates with hiring managers to define requirements.
• Uses the ATS to track applicants and recruitment workflow, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
• Negotiates offers and facilitates onboarding through probationary periods and beyond.
• Maintains records in compliance with legal and organizational requirements and internal SLAs.
• Represents MSMC at local career fairs and community events to attract top talent.
