Mount Sinai Medical Center of Florida, Inc. is seeking a Talent Acquisition Associate to develop strategies to attract top candidates and build MSMC's brand locally and nationally. The role involves using social media, creating engaging job postings, and maintaining strong relationships with hiring managers.

The position collaborates with managers, follows recruiting trends, and supports onboarding to ensure a smooth candidate experience within a healthcare environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or related field strongly preferred.
• 1 year experience, preferably within Healthcare industry.

Responsibilities

• Develops and implement strategies to attract top candidates for positions.
• Networks and builds the MSMC brand with the local community (Career fairs) and nationwide.
• Uses appropriate social media to attract top talent.
• Proposes and implements a variety of activities to increase the impact of the recruiting efforts.
• Evaluates the qualifications of applicants, recruits, interviews, and makes offers.
• Stays abreast of latest recruiting trends and activities, for the benefit of all supported units.
• Creates job postings that are accurate and promote the MSMC brand to attract top talent.
• Places these postings on all appropriate sites/media.
• Builds and maintains solid relationships with hiring managers.
