Job summary

Adena Health in Chillicothe, OH is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner for the ARMC with a Day shift in a Hybrid work model. The role focuses on full-cycle recruitment from sourcing to offer for entry to middle level roles, collaborating with HR Business Partners and hiring managers to meet workforce needs.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years in HR and 1–2 years in talent acquisition, with strong communication and relationship-building skills.

Qualifications

3–5 years of prior Human Resources experience
1–2 years of experience with talent acquisition
Strong written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage full-cycle recruitment for assigned job families, including sourcing, screening, interview coordination, and offers.
Develop proactive sourcing strategies to build diverse pipelines for critical roles.
Guide candidates through onboarding and pre-boarding processes to support successful acclimation and retention.
Collaborate with hiring leaders to drive efficient, high‑quality hiring decisions and ensure a strong candidate and hiring manager experience.
Leverage ATS, CRM, and data to track activity and improve recruitment outcomes.
