The Executive Recruiter develops and executes targeted sourcing strategies, builds leadership talent pipelines, and delivers a high-touch candidate experience that supports Adena's ability to attract exceptional leadership talent. Working closely with the CHRO, executive leaders, and hiring managers, this role serves as a strategic advisor on executive talent acquisition while supporting organizational growth, leadership succession planning, workforce planning, and integration-related recruitment initiatives.
