PruittHealth is seeking a Recruiter to join a dynamic, industry-leading recruitment organization. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, partner with hiring managers, and ensure offers are properly structured and tracked. A focus on patient quality and timely placement will drive success in this role.

The position emphasizes high-volume recruiting with the Taleo ATS, a patient-centric approach, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to attract top talent across the organization.

Competenze

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• One year of previous high volume recruiting experience, 5+ years preferred.
• One year of working with applicant tracking systems, 3+ years Taleo experience preferred.

• Handle all aspects of the recruitment and selection process to ensure the most qualified candidates seek and gain employment with PruittHealth.
• Partner with hiring managers to determine specific hiring needs and identify appropriate recruiting methods.
• Utilize Taleo ATS to review, analyze and assess information provided by applicants.
• Extend the job offer and close out the position in the applicant tracking system.
