tap|QA is seeking an experienced production support professional to monitor and manage critical batch jobs in a healthcare-oriented environment. You will coordinate scheduling, respond to incidents, and work with cross-functional teams to keep systems available and performing.
Ideal candidates have Appworx/UC4 experience, strong Unix/Oracle knowledge, and a proven ability to work independently and in teams across shifts. Local candidates to the Twin Cities metro are preferred.

Provide 24x 7 to support to the organization. Proactively monitor critical AMISYS application jobs/schedules, and all batch and online processes. Provide real-time application support to eliminate or avoid business impact. Coordinate and schedule job processing for DHS and CMS Encounters and other batch and surround-code processes.Troubleshoot, diagnose and resolve incidents/problems and outages in production. Support application releases and other software updates. Perform risk review of production deployments. Manage and investigate work orders that reflect system/software defects. Respond promptly to incidents and escalat when appropriate.Responsibilities include:
Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field, or relevant work experience.Minimum three years of experience with Application/Production support.
