Job summary

Providence Swedish Medical Center is seeking a Warehouse Inventory Clerk to conduct physical inventories, enter data in the MM system, and pick and stock materials for patient care areas across campuses.

You will rotate stock using FIFO and expiration-date controls, interact with staff and vendors, and support a safe, compliant supply chain at Swedish First Hill and Issaquah Campus, with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience (within the past 5 years) working in a Supply Chain environment utilizing a computerized Materials Management Information System
• Coursework/Training: Inventory and supply distribution management courses
• Upon hire: Forklift certification
• Experience in a healthcare environment
• Experience with material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jack, etc.)

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical inventory of supply areas and uses the MM System to enter data and generate pick tickets.
• Accurately picks items listed on pick tickets and delivers/stocks materials to supply areas.
• Rotates stock on a first-in/first-out basis for items without expiration dates and earliest expiration date first-out for items with expiration dates.
