Job summary

Providence Swedish in Seattle is seeking a Warehouse/Inventory Clerk to conduct physical inventories, enter data in the MM system, and generate pick tickets. You will deliver and stock materials across patient care and ancillary areas, rotate stock on a FIFO basis where expiration dates are not printed, and on an earliest expiration date first-out basis for items with expiration dates.

You will interact with internal staff, patients, and external vendors to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

• 1 year of recent experience in a Supply Chain environment using a computerized Materials Management Information System.
• Healthcare environment experience is preferred.
• Experience with material handling equipment (hand trucks, pallet jack, etc.).

Responsibilities

• Conducts physical inventory of supply areas and uses the MM System to enter data and generate pick tickets.
• Delivers and stocks materials to patient care and ancillary areas.
• Rotates stock on a FIFO basis for items without explicit expiration dates and on earliest expiration date first-out for items with expiration dates.
