Qualifications

10+ years in healthcare supply chain, operations, spend management, or transformation roles
5+ years in leadership roles with P&L for advisory/transformation services
Proven track record scaling transformation services in healthcare provider environments
Deep expertise across multiple supply chain domains and performance improvement strategies
Strong executive presence with ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
Experience translating strategy into executable roadmaps and measurable outcomes
Willingness to travel and partner with operations leaders
Familiarity with AI-enabled productivity and responsible adoption

Responsibilities

Lead and develop a transformation organization for strategy, advisory, and execution of large-scale initiatives.
Define organizational capabilities, talent requirements, and workforce strategies for growth.
Own the NOC product offering strategy and value-stream portfolio, including catalog development and lifecycle management.
Own the transformation business P&L including growth, margins, and delivery performance.
Define enterprise transformation strategy and roadmap aligned to provider priorities.
Establish and govern NOC value-stream operating models and KPI frameworks.
Lead end-to-end transformation engagements from current-state to value realization.
Advise C-suite stakeholders on enterprise-level change across operating models, processes, and technology.
Partner with the VP, National Operations Center to operationalize transformation outcomes.
Drive innovation in methodologies including digital, data, and analytics enablement.
Integrate transformation initiatives with clinical workflows to improve case readiness and adoption.
Collaborate with commercial leadership to grow differentiated offerings and pursue complex engagements.
Identify new capabilities and offerings to expand impact and differentiation.
Represent Vizient as a thought leader in healthcare supply chain transformation.
Set expectations for responsible AI adoption across the transformation organization.
