Job summary

Texas Health Resources in Bedford, TX is seeking a Clinical Supplies Specialist to maintain inventory levels, place orders, and manage recall and charge capture processes for the assigned hospital area. This role supports efficient supply chain operations within a busy acute-care environment.

You will coordinate inventory accuracy, collaborate with Buyers and Finance, and help standardize purchasing while ensuring HCPCS coding accuracy to maximize revenue.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Associate’s Degree or some college preferred.
• 2 years Materials Management experience including at least 6 months in an acute care hospital setting required.
• 1 year OR, Cath Lab, or large hospital Materials Management department preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintaining appropriate inventory levels for the assigned area.
• Orders all necessary supplies for the assigned area.
• Mid-year and year-end inventory coordination.
• Rotating stock and other inventory-related responsibilities.
• Maximizing the THR reprocessing effort through Stryker Sustainability.
• Responsible for daily recalls through the system for the assigned area.
• Assists with clean and orderly storage of supplies.
• Coordinates all related equipment repairs through contracted vendors.
• Coordinates all charge capture and purchase order process for rental equipment.
