Job summary

BlueBin is seeking a Program Specialist to implement and maintain inventory management systems in healthcare settings. The role demands a detail-oriented, proactive individual who can manage multiple tasks and projects, with strong problem-solving and Lean principles background.

Locations include Baton Rouge, Shreveport, Monroe, Houston, Mobile, Des Moines, Washington DC; this is an evergreen position in full-time Operations. Training and post-install support are part of responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in inventory management or supply chain operations preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and data tools.
• Ability to communicate effectively and work in a team.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations.
• Identify challenges and implement improvements using BlueBin tools.
• Maintain organized workspace and understand the BlueBin system.
• Assemble and install racks and hardware per SOPs.
• Train new team members and lead daily build tasks.
• Provide post-install support and end-user training.
• Monitor inventory levels and report replenishment needs.
• Conduct Gemba walks to gather feedback and improve processes.
• Develop room layouts and space optimization plans.
• Perform final quality checks on racks.
