Job summary

Lancaster General Hospital, part of Penn Medicine, is seeking a Full-Time Supply Chain Analyst to support operations with advanced data analysis, performance measurement, reporting, and process improvement across inventory, sourcing, and distribution for clinical departments.

The analyst develops dashboards, tracks KPIs, identifies trends, and partners with Sourcing, Inventory Control, Shipping & Receiving, and clinical teams to enable data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Arts or Science in Business, Supply Chain, Data Analytics, Information Services, or related studies (Required)
• 3+ years supply chain, logistics, or related fields (Required)
• 2+ years in clinical/medical field (Preferred)
• Lean Six Sigma Certification (Preferred)
• Lean/Six Sigma, APICS/ASCM, Certified Supply Chain Professional (CSCP), Certified in Planning and Inventory Management (CPIM), or other relevant supply chain/data analytics certification (Preferred)

Responsibilities

• Supports Supply Chain operations through advanced data analysis, performance measurement, reporting, and process improvement.
• Develops and maintains performance dashboards and analytical tools, monitors KPIs, identifies trends and root causes, evaluates supply and inventory risks, and provides recommendations to Supply Chain leadership.
• Partners with Sourcing, Inventory Control, Shipping & Receiving, Materials Management operations, clinical stakeholders, vendors, and other internal partners to support data-driven decision-making and continuous improvement.
