Job summary

Penn Medicine is seeking a Full-Time Supply Chain Analyst to support the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania. The role focuses on data collection, analysis, and reporting to improve supply chain efficiency, cost control, and decision support across departments.

You will develop reports and dashboards in PowerBI and Excel, leverage EPIC Optime and Lawson systems, and collaborate with SDS, IS, and Data Science teams to optimize processes and master data.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business or similar field is required.
• 8+ years demonstrated Supply Chain, Information Systems or Business experience is required.
• Experience with EPIC system preferred (EPIC) and benchmarking programs.

Responsibilities

• Provide primary analytical and reporting support to all HUP Supply Chain areas.
• Automate reporting using Windows/PowerBI Scheduler, Excel, EPIC Optime and Lawson tools.
