Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 5–7 years of experience organizing and optimizing a supply chain.
• Large hospital system experience preferred; multi-site experience advantageous.
• Lean methodology exposure and process improvement mindset.

Responsibilities

• Oversees ordering of all routine supplies to meet NGHS facility demand.
• Communicates with all NGHS facilities and departments on a regular basis.
• Maintains inventory records, enabling lean daily improvements.
• Establishes quality control standards including audits and cycle counts.
• Develops and sustains lean processes to reduce cost and improve service.
• Generates monthly reports on productivity and expenses.
• Plans logistics and freight spend; analyzes trends for optimization.
• Ensures policy adherence and staff training within budget.
